Message from a Medicine Man weaves field recordings with atmospheric effects, electronic music, vocals, string and piano instrumentation, and experimental techniques of musical composition using recorded sounds as raw material. Morinaga conjures up a sacred space with music, spoken word, and mesmerising ambient lights, inspired by the traditional and contemporary music including the soundscape of Indonesia.
